Zidia Gibson (she/her) joined MenHealing in 2024, although her ties to the organization span much longer: her late mother, Joanna Colrain, was integral to MenHealing’s formation. With a strong background in journalism and a communication degree from Westminster University, Zidia brings storytelling, creativity, and a keen eye for details to her role as Digital Outreach Director—shaping the way MenHealing shows up online. When she’s not creating content or editing projects, she loves to play video games and cozy up to her cat, Kit.
